At the end of the day, who dares wins—who goes the extra mile wins the cherry. I do not think that it is such a huge deal to have double coding, and it would not put you out that much.
My point was that I do the things that I am asked to do in my extra time, if you will, because I am interested in the issues and the impact on society and so forth.
We will still have the existing customer satisfaction measures in the OPA on issues such as contacts and response times. The new measure will be an extra, and we will still have everything that we had before.
With the passage of time, other things happen and it is easy to bring in extra bits of legislation that say, “You can’t do this,” or “You must do that,” and if the principles are not laid out, that can become a muddle.
