Requirement to have regard to just transition principles in preparing the circular economy strategy - amendment agreed
An amendment proposed by the Scottish Government (amendment 137) was agreed, adding a new sub-section (section 1(3B)) to the Bill requiring that in preparing the circular economy strategy, Scottish Ministers "must have regard to the just transition principles set out in section 35C of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009".
