We therefore intend to write to the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to ask that a comprehensive fiscal literacy training programme be put in place through the induction of new MSPs elected at the 2026 Scottish Parliament elections, and through continuous development for all Members throughout the five-year cycle.
Copies have been placed in SPICe. The new Programme, which supersedes and consolidates the existing five Programmes, describes the short, medium and long term projects on which the Commission will be working between now and the end of 2004.
Let us not see any crocodile tears. The statement says that employees will be transferred, but they will be transferred to a company that is going to restructure—therefore TUPE will not apply.

I think that Cathie Craigie gets the balance right, and we support that.I appreciate that Robert Brown is doing his best with amendments 5 and 9 to assist debtors in great plight. However, we would argue strongly that it is in everyone's interest to get the balance right.
