I was one of the members of the small group that was nominated from the Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Committee to carry out the face-to-face discussions with the oil companies on the breakdown of prices, and to try to get to the bottom of why there is such a huge differential, especially between prices within the Highlands and Islands.
