I am optimistic that we can look for an enhanced role for the broadcasting council for Scotland in that context and for appropriate representation among the trustees, who will replace the BBC's board of governors from 2007.Closer to home, the development of Pacific Quay, which will be a key link to all BBC facilities in Scotland, is on time and on budget. We see that quite a lot round here. We will have a more up-to-date and complete address list, which will be better tested because it will be used daily by local authorities.The other thing that we will do is make it clearer that enumerators are obliged to check address lists and identify houses that are missed.
