I hope that the cabinet secretary agrees that those businesses should have that money in their bank accounts as soon as possible. I agree with Pauline McNeill that the important part is that that payment is made into business bank accounts as quickly as possible.

The Climate Change (Nitrogen Balance Sheet) (Scotland) Regulations 2022
