On pupil equity funding, has there been sufficient support and training to help teachers to navigate the bureaucracy around procurement and to understand how the money can be used and how best value can be delivered for young people?
Scottish Labour and I support amendment 7, which was lodged by Tavish Scott with the support of my colleague Mary Fee, on the rule in Francovich. The amendment would ensure that the right in Scots law to damages in accordance with the rule in Francovich continues on or after exit day.
