UKSI The Phytosanitary Conditions Amendment No2 Regulations

From 1 November 2023 these goods will no longer require a PC or pre-notification. They will, however, remain listed in Part A of Annex XI as pre-notification requirements will still be required for goods that are of non-EU, Liechtenstein and Switzerland origin.
