The need to ensure that the Executive meets its obligations under equal pay legislation underpins all of the team’s work.The Pay and Leave team can call on other areas of expertise within the Executive for assistance (for example, Solicitors Division provides advice on the legal aspects of equal pay and the Statistics team provided significant assistance with the completion of the Scottish Executive’s equal pay audits).
