I support Councillor Yates’s view that it is important that not everything is pinned on one aspect of regulation. We are working with SCSWIS on how we, as a workforce regulator that looks at the conduct of individual workers when there are concerns about their practice, work with the service regulator when there are concerns about the service itself.
