I welcome the action and hope that the neighbours to whom Christine May refers will enjoy a more peaceful time in the weeks and months to come than they have had recently.
My understanding is that that already happens in the High Court and in the Court of Session. That may happen in the Court of Session, but it seems to be haphazard.
I suspect that the principal difficulty that confronts the four proposed new junior ministers may be making their mark outwith the chamber, in the perception of the Scottish public.
