Given all that, does the First Minister still hold to the view that he expressed in January that a ban on smoking in public places in Scotland is unworkable and impractical, or does he now accept that prohibiting smoking in certain public places is the right thing to do? Stewart Maxwell and I may be getting closer by the day. At the end of his question, he said that banning smoking in some public places may be the right thing to do.
