Tertiary Education and Training (Funding and Governance) (Scotland) Bill: Consideration prior to Stage 3
Amendment 9 inserts the words 'education and' before 'training received by an individual' and amendment 10 adds that such education and training can take place in an 'educational environment in which work-based activities are undertaken by the individual', as well as in a working environment.
