Kerr Report (Implementation) To ask the Scottish Executive whether, when implementing the recommendations of the Kerr report and, in particular, the recommendation that training arrangements should be developed to ensure a steady supply of remote and rural practitioners, it will consider the methodologies presented to the Finance Committee by Professor Michael Barber on 17 May 2005.
