Can we glimpse the astonishing truth that, before this God, the way in which we treat outsiders may be the single most important factor in the quality of our core community of insiders?
In particular, we should ask whether there are any on-going studies into the safety of emissions from base stations, while acknowledging that responsibility for any such studies may lie with other departments or agencies.
I obviously agree with colleagues who believe that leaks have to be investigated and followed up. I notice that "Erskine May" states:"the committee should decide whether or not the leak constitutes a substantial interference".
