We were very aware that there were problems with utilities in March 2017. In March 2017, Keith Brown came to the committee and advised us that all the problems had been resolved, everything was moving forward and the contract was on time.

Finally, while we welcome the additional housing money that he mentioned today, some of which is accelerated and some of which, on the face of it, is new, what is the actual real-terms cut to the housing budget now for 2012-13? If Mr Brown looks at the note that has been made available to the Parliament, he will see that the underspend in 2010-11 was £98 million; that is the comparison at which Mr Brown should look.
