I have heard people from the south-west of Scotland—from Glasgow, in particular—say that knife crime is no longer the growing problem that it has been because of successful initiatives to tackle it, but people from other parts of Scotland are beginning to deliver anecdotal evidence that there is a growing problem in areas where knife crime has not been a problem before.Research that was done for a newspaper article some 10 weeks ago—it is slightly out of date...
