To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will detail the remit, membership, process for membership selection, aims and objectives and the work to date of the Special Educational Needs Advisory Forum.
The SNP seems to be on a roll.Best of all, Alex Salmond has said that Scotland's fiscal policies should be set by the Bank of England. It is fair to point out that the Bank of England was set up by a Scot in 1694, but it is curious that the SNP leader believes that an independent Scotland today should have its fiscal policy determined by the Bank of England.
After a couple of months, we should be in a position to decide whether we need a committee adviser or whether that appointment would be surplus to our requirements. If the dates for deciding on an adviser are either 5 October or 28 January, we must do so by the first date.
