To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S6W-09208 by Ash Regan on 30 June 2022, how much funding has been (a) allocated and (b) spent to date on installing evacuation alert systems.
To ask the Scottish Government how many women have received mesh surgery from (a) Dr Veronikis or (b) Professor Hashim to date. I refer the member to the answer to question S6W-08953 on 24 June 2022.
The regulations will modify the expiry date in section 52(1) of the 2022 act so that the remaining provisions, which I believe are still needed, will stay in force until 30 November 2024.
As I have said countless times, the bill does not introduce any new provisions; it merely removes temporary measures that are no longer necessary or extends the expiry date to March 2022 of measures to ensure that public bodies can continue to operate while public health measures remain in place.
