Does the cabinet secretary agree that such timings further disadvantage already vulnerable children, particularly when they should be in school or nursery, and disadvantage the parent on the outside, who may have to take extra time off work? Those things are very difficult for the Scottish Prison Service, but it does what it can in difficult circumstances.
