If we follow Alasdair's suggestion and examine where the timber will be transported to—where it will be dealt with—that will give us a clearer idea of the transport structure that we need to get the timber from A to B. As I was saying, many local authorities in rural areas are conscious of the situation and are considering measures to address it.
