We are seeking to minimise risk and enable the quick delivery of the school building programme that we have established. It is the biggest school building programme this century, and we will consider any sensible proposals in that context.
We have also announced research that will examine, first, whether a specific use class for affordable housing might be of assistance and, secondly, what other mechanisms not currently in use might assist in the delivery of more affordable housing.
