The Deputy Minister for Justice is in Ireland today with a crowded and long-arranged agenda, trying to learn some lessons about drug enforcement that may or may not be applicable in Scotland.
That includes work in schools.There is a need for other work that is targeted at men who have sex with men, who may not be gay or bisexual. That includes condom provision in prisons, and I am glad that some progress may be made on that shortly.
