It does not really worry me, convener, but I draw members' attention to the second sentence of paragraph 9:"Members of the SCPA may provide information and give evidence to the Committee."
We do not have a definitive answer on the publication date, but it will almost certainly be before May. We expect the Commission to make all its proposals before May, after which its work will wind down in the move towards a new Commission.
The conclusions that it draws about that removal may or may not be valid. Clearly, all local authorities should take into account social inclusion as part of their community planning and transport strategies.
