We need to examine the new warm deal programme. In comparison with what is happening south of the border, that programme needs a fairly early review because it is not targeting people to the extent that the same programme is south of the border.

Thereafter it would be for the Scottish Commissioner to decide whether or not to retain the services of these Assessors.I hope that you will be able to assist by providing names of potential candidates for these posts.
Such a campaign would be aimed particularly at recruiting young male donors and members of ethnic minorities to the registers.The Parliament could assist by increasing recognition of Scottish people who have joined registers and who have donated bone marrow to save lives.
Perhaps he could look back to the Tory investment programme of the 1980s, when we put a lot of money into repairs and maintenance programmes for our older housing.
