To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is satisfied that the financial incentives available for attracting internationally-mobile research and development (R&D) projects to Scotland are competitive enough compared with those on offer from similar parts of the European Union.
The purpose of these amendments are to provide clarity on the rules following the 2018 Supreme Court case (R v Mackinlay and others) to ensure that candidates and election agents understand their legal responsibilities and can perform them with confidence.
