Redress for Survivors (Historical Child Abuse in Care) (Scotland) Bill 65 Schedule 1—Redress Scotland Accounts and audit 16 (1) Redress Scotland must— (a) keep proper accounts and accounting records, (b) prepare in respect of each financial year a statement of accounts, and 5 (c) send a copy of the statement to the Scottish Ministers. (2) Redress Scotland must comply with any directions from the Scottish Ministers in relation to the matters mentioned in sub-paragraph (1). (3) The Scottish Ministers must, as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving a copy statement of accounts from Redress Scotland, send it to the Auditor General for Scotland 10 for auditing.
