Tied Pubs (Scotland) Bill - Arbitration

The Bill in Scotland would give pub-owning businesses (PoBs) and tenants the right to refer any dispute about the Scottish pubs code to arbitration. The Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator can act as the arbitrator in this process, or appoint someone else to act in their place.
