In certain areas, we are committing volume to projects and have made offers, indicating what may or may not be available. We have worked with most of the developers of larger-scale projects to put them in touch with other potential suppliers.
For example, there is a General Teaching Council for Scotland, which is distinct from the General Teaching Council for England. Someone's qualifications may be recognised and may enable them to teach in England but not in Scotland.
In any further round of consultation, the council may not find a revolution, but it may find that people are much better informed and much more united.
