Will the First Minister assure me that our justice system does all that it can to get that balance right, so that minor offenders are not on remand in prison and the public do not find that people who are charged with more serious violent offences are out on bail, to the dismay of their alleged victims?

Anglers who fish in the Stirling Council area say that low-income families and elderly and disabled people are increasingly being excluded from fishing and that the situation is getting worse. I repeat that it is our intention to introduce legislation to repeal the 1976 act to broaden access.
