I ask the question in view of the behaviour last week, in Dollar, of the Minister for Skills and Lifelong Learning, Keith Brown. I believe that Mr Brown’s behaviour was in breach of the code of conduct— On a point of order, Presiding Officer.
Mind you, only 27 SNP members voted against it, because I presume that the rest were already taking Keith Brown’s advice not to bother turning up for work.
I mean no offence in saying this, Mr Brown, but I would be happy to take an intervention from the cabinet secretary, whom I was requesting details from.
