We tried to make the process as accessible as possible. People could vote online, in person or by telephone. Obviously, resources were required to allow the election to happen, but we felt that it was necessary in order to make the process as democratic and inclusive as possible.
I am not sure whether EIS-FELA members have put that online yet, but, if so, I appeal to everyone to watch it, because you watch a wee boy in the video whose childhood is passing by—yet here we are.

For example, we have given examples that involve the use of digitisation to improve online experiences, which might reduce the workforce input that is required.
That is an example of measures that we can help online platforms and other services to put in place, so that the householder can say that they have met their duty of care.
