I was pleased to note the increase in R and D tax credits, but more requires to be done, and I share some of the concerns that have been expressed.It is interesting that Canada, with a 40 per cent tax break on R and D and a 37.5 per cent tax break on support for employees, has come from a standing start 10 years ago ...
