I was impressed by what Elaine Murray said about how we can go about securing them and by Rob Gibson’s more cautionary approach in pointing to some of the challenges in that regard.I am sure that we all agree that there is a wealth of entrepreneurial talent and spirit abroad in rural Scotland and that constituencies such as mine, Galloway and West Dumfries, offer the finest workplaces for small and micro-sized enterprises.
