We have had a number of discussions to date. Proposals have now been submitted, so the question is the extent to which our discussions with the promoter can change the proposals.
The minister has every opportunity to lodge amendments that will cause us to support it at a later date but he has a long road to travel before that happens.
I do not think that paragraph 6 of our submission claims that there is a conspiracy. It says:"We note that to date only one Baptist Union Minister has been asked to lead time for reflection and no person from Brethren"has been asked.
In Glasgow, some health centre notice boards are two years out of date. We must move forward on that.We must put greater emphasis on providing outreach staff, who can spend time in local schools and health centres.
It is worrying that one of the major Scottish banks is taking a very hard line with the aquaculture industry, because if the bank will not support it, who will?
That is the sort of imagination that the Parliament should bring to a new century and to the city of Glasgow. We have talked to the banks, the construction companies and the tenants, and we are delivering what tenants want.
