Secondary legislation to extend five of the provisions by 6 months was laid before the Scottish Parliament on 3 February 2022; if approved by the Scottish Parliament, The Coronavirus Act 2020 (Alteration of Expiry Date) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 will extend these provisions until 24 September 2022.
