Of course, I would very much like to see the dispute resolved, which is in the best interests of everyone involved, particularly our children and young people.
We appreciate and respect the fact that local authorities and schools will know best how to support learners in their area, so it is for local authorities to determine how best that money should be spent.
There is a bigger issue at play than reporting your neighbour because they are not using their croft. People are doing their best. Most people are doing their best.
They are bringing in procedural justice and asking the person in front of them what they think they need. Most people are the best diagnostician of their own condition; they understand what services they need.
