Convener's Report The meeting in the Borders is to take place on Monday 27 March in the Volunteer Hall in Galashiels. The date and venue have been agreed after consultation with the Borders rail link petitioners, who are content with the proposal.
Amendment 265 inserts provisions in the bill that allow for different parts coming into force on different dates. People with incapacity should be considered to be in a position to donate their brains to a brain bank. Such people should not be excluded totally from the bill.
