We appreciate that it is not something that the Scottish Government chose to implement, but we are concerned that the funding is difficult to access. For example, in relation to the flexible workforce development fund, we have had a lot of feedback that the college courses on offer do not necessarily meet the needs of our members, and we would like the fund to be extended so that it can also be accessed by training groups.
