Regulation 23(2) requires that somebody who intends to ask for a review of a decision must apply to do so within 60 days of the date of the decision. However, they might not be told of the decision until 58 days after it has been made.
Is the register updated every year on a specific date? I would have thought that either the annual update or the end of every session, just before the election comes up, would have been the appropriate time to deal with that.
