Where Scotland specific codes or software are not available, we identify and agree alternatives with the Scottish General Practitioners Committee before sharing them with practices.
Scottish Government policies, including an IT Code of Conduct and the Civil Service Code, apply in determining the standards of conduct for civil servants.
That is very much at the heart of the deliberations this morning. The code of conduct is the “Model Code of Conduct for Members of Devolved Public Bodies”, which was approved by the Parliament in December 2013.
The International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 10th Revision (ICD-10), which is used to produce statistics of deaths, does not have a code which is used solely for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
