*S6M-07521 Michelle Thomson: Donations to Strathcarron Hospice from Grangemouth’s Syngenta FC Teams—That the Parliament congratulates Syngenta Football Club based in Grangemouth, Falkirk, on what it considers its generous donation to Strathcarron Hospice; understands that the community football club’s players and families have combined their efforts to take part in a bring £1 to training initiative, which funded donations of fresh food and non- perishable items to Strathcarron’s Frankerton Hospice; believes that alongside the donations of food made to the hospice, there were 34 hampers presented to hospice staff, and 23 toys to be handed out to children visiting relatives in the hospice on Christmas Day; notes that this was a combined effort from all members of Syngenta FC, from the academy to the walking football and pan disability teams; recognises the community contributions of donations and aid from Tesco in Bo’ness, Kerrie’s Coffee Shop in Grangemouth and the Newtown Post Office in Bo’ness which, it understands, greatly helped Syngenta FC’s initiative, and wishes the teams at Syngenta FC all the best for the future.
