That is a matter for the Crown Office. If more up-to-date figures exist, I shall ensure that they are made available not only to our steering group, but to the committee.
That is still a bit of a movable feast; the most recent indication is that it will be published in late June, which is considerably later than the date expected when we examined the matter in January.
It might be useful to put it on record that there was a stipulation to apply uniformity across the board.My third question concerns the date when the tests begin. An examination of the annual frequency of the tests shows that they start in July.
I note that there was a meeting on 12 March with the various parties that are involved. It would be good to get an up-to-date position on the matter. Does the committee agree to do that?
I simply take this opportunity to draw attention to the fact that the 60 days begins from the date of the decision, rather than the date on which the crofter or farmer finds out about the decision.
