The third last line in the annexe suggests three dates in November, on the bases that the alternative was December, and that the committee's intention was to report at about the turn of the year.
I do not know whether any member of the committee has seen an opinion provided by a constituent? It specifies the date on which the complainant wrote to the professional body and what they said.
I would rather that we started the new year knowing exactly what we intend to do. In that case, we should move the date for the reports on smoking, access and poverty from 17 November to 15 December.
