Note 5 of the regulations states that an appeal can be brought within 21 days of the date of the order, whereas the enabling power states that notice of an appeal can be given within 21 days of the date of service of the order.

After a couple of months, we should be in a position to decide whether we need a committee adviser or whether that appointment would be surplus to our requirements. If the dates for deciding on an adviser are either 5 October or 28 January, we must do so by the first date.
