The Office of Communications might propose changes as a result of the general consultation on public service broadcasting. At an early future date we will discuss how we want to approach all those subjects.

Inquiries have been made about availability of venues at those locations, but it appears that only Portree can accommodate the committee on the given date. The council chambers in Portree have therefore been booked.
The clerk has suggested that he could contact individual members of the committee to arrange a date that would be acceptable to us all when we could meet early in the recess.
The stage 3 debate in Parliament is provisionally scheduled for the morning of 29 June. If that is the case, the closing date for amendments will be Tuesday 27 June at 5.30.

Financial inclusion is a key objective of the Executive’s Closing the Opportunity Gap approach to tackling poverty, by enabling people to use bank accounts, build savings and increasing access to affordable credit.
To ask the Scottish Executive what systems are in place to monitor the working hours of NHS staff employed by an (a) NHS trust both under a primary contract and in its in-house bank and (b) agency under contract to the NHS.
