Report on the proposed draft Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Regulations 2020 - Capacity of UK recycling and reprocessing infrastructure
As stated earlier, at the time of laying the Draft Regulations the Committee asks the Scottish Government to provide an up-to-date analysis of the current re-processing infrastructure and gaps and set out the plan to address any gaps, including plans to invest.
