Inquiry into the harm caused by substance misuse in Scottish Prisons
Drug Trend Testing (DTT) replaced Addiction Prevalence Testing in 2021-22. Of 769 voluntary tests at reception, 73% were positive for illegal drugs - most commonly cannabis (46%), cocaine (37%), opiates (28%) and benzodiazepines (28%) xviiiPublic Health Scotland.
