In a sense, I think the same about the big ones, including national insurance contributions, for either employers or employees. The ones where devolution of tax gives you policy levers are excises and fuel duties, as I have already mentioned, and I will also mention—as it came up earlier in the discussion—both offshore and onshore mineral taxation.
