The first one is that the funding mechanism for and the roles and responsibilities of the hubs will be clarified by the end of the month and the second is that the staffing structures will be in place by the end of December to guarantee the delivery of the target date of early 2005. Yes, we are determined that we will achieve the 2005 date; we are working closely with the organisations involved to ensure that we do so.
